Closing Day?

We’re closing on the house on Thursday.  Better late than never, right?

It was supposed to happen by today (Friday the 20th), but the seller didn’t have the title ready.

The house is currently owned by a bank in New York.  I guess even in this economy, $10k must not be a big priority.

Nonetheless, Thursday we’ll own a house.  Hooray!

If you still want to help, we’ll have plenty to do very soon.
