Introducing SOL version 2.0

We’ve changed the site up a bit.  I hope you like it.

The reason for the change is simple.

SOL v1.0 was designed to allow us to share thoughts, feeling, stories and pictures from our travels.  The new design shifts the focus from our thoughts and feelings to our new mission that we’re starting in Columbus.

The truth is that there are about 6 people who bother to read what I have to say, and 2 of them actually care.  But, I think there are a lot of people who would like to be involved with what we’re doing.

Don’t worry you 6, my thoughts will still be on here.  But I’d like to use this site to pull people together through the common thread of an intense love for Jesus and an interest in expressing that through community and an alternative lifestyle.

I’d like this site to be a comfortable home for people of all types and persuasions, even those that have trouble swallowing my particular eccentricities.

Besides, Melissa said that she was sick and tired of looking at the black and green every time our browser opened.

Please enjoy our new site.  Please let us know if you see something not working correctly.

I hope you find this site a more pleasant and cordial experience than the last one.
