We’ve asked for your help raising $30,000. So what’s our plan for the money?
With your help we’d like to purchase a vacant residential structure from the City of Columbus.
Generally, these are houses that have been abandoned by their owners and eventually seized by the city for some reason or another. All of these houses are in need of rehab. Vandals have stripped most of these houses clean of copper piping and anything worth stealing.
The house that we’d like to pursue is a HUD foreclosure.

The house at 892 Studer Ave is listed at $21,637. That price is negotiable.
The house will need repairs, such as new plumbing, but it’s in better condition than most of the vacant structures we’ve looked at. Most of the repairs we can do ourselves without the help of a contractor.
We feel certain that with God’s help we can have this home in livable condition with $30,000. Once we are living in the house, we can fix it up step by step with our own income.
We believe that God will provide the right amount of money for this project. We know that our intentions are good and that our ministry will be a valuable part of many people’s lives.
