We’re looking at two more houses tomorrow (Friday) at 1:30.

Meet us at 892 Studer Ave, Columbus, OH 43206.  That’s on the Near East side in the vicinity of Children’s Hospital (excuse me, Nationwide’s Children’s Hospital)

Both houses are in need of minor rehabilitation, but nothing like the one on E. Main St. that we looked at on Tuesday.

Friday’s houses are both HUD foreclosures offered for sale by the City of Columbus land bank.

We could really use your eyes.  It’s not difficult to get appointments to see these houses, but it’s still helpful to get as many people through the door on the first appointment as possible so that we get a better idea of the condition of the home.
