We were attracted by the 12 bedrooms.  It was a really cool house, and would definitely be great for what we want to do.

It was in need of serious rehab though.  More serious than we have the skill or expertise to take care of.

If we were looking to invest in a piece of property to fix up and then rent out or sell it could be a good investment.  The price was reasonable.

But it’s not what we’re looking for.

So we’re looking at two more on Friday.  Both are vacant structures owned by the City of Columbus.  But they should be in a lot better shape.
