Below you'll find a list of all of our recent donations. Most of them are listed anonymously, but not always.
We used to list Melissa and I's contributions as well, but have decided that that's a big waste of time. 100% of our income is always available to any ministry and anybody. That amount is noted in the "cash on hand" category in the house project box.
"Cash on hand" formula: Melissa and I have a savings account. We give ourselves 10% of our earnings in case of disaster, 10% goes to helping others not related to the house mission, 5% is reinvested in our freelance businesses, and an additional 3% is put in our personal fun fund. We take the remaining 72% of our earnings and put them in our checking account. The total, minus a $1,500 cushion of our own money with which to pay the bills, is our "cash on hand".
